Technology
Permanent magnet motors, a precision screw air end, an integrated variable frequency drive and an intelligent controller, engineered together for efficiency and reliability.

PM motor
Neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet motors improve compressor efficiency, with better performance, lower weight and a longer service life. The coaxial direct drive removes belts and gears and reduces the overall enclosure size.

The rotor advantage
All our rotary screw compressors use a MAXTOP air end for top performance.
Our latest patented designs use more than 20 innovative finishing and machining processes for profile accuracy, high-performance finishes and exceptional reliability.

Variable frequency drive

Intelligent control system
Intelligent monitoring software runs the compressor fully automatically, with no special training needed. Easy-to-use menus display operating parameters and fault alarms, with fault shutdown protection. A PLC interface lets multiple compressor units work together.
Self diagnosis: the controller continuously monitors 12 operating characteristics, including pressure, temperatures, load and demand. Any deviation from normal values triggers a warning or a shutdown and reports the exact fault.
Integrated protection: warnings and protection for oil filter blockage, separator blockage, air filter blockage, high discharge temperature and motor phase error, so the compressor can run 24 hours a day under monitored conditions.
Most compressed-air demand fluctuates over the day, week and year. The inverter adjusts air supply automatically to match it.
Variable demand is met without high-energy startup. The compressor idles at preset pressure with no venting or unloading waste.
Peak current demand is reduced by up to 50%, greatly reducing the chance of circuit overload.
A high-quality filter removes impurities from the lubricating oil, and the temperature control valve adjusts to changing operating conditions.
The MPV ensures optimum oil/air circulation and prevents backflow.
A high-volume, low-speed cooling fan reduces noise by 15–20%, for operation as low as 60 dBA.
Air enters through the intake filter and valve, is compressed by the rotor driven directly by the permanent magnet motor, then passes the oil and gas separator, minimum pressure valve and after-cooler. Oil is cooled, filtered and returned to the air end.
